At Third Culture we are committed to delivering your order in the best condition possible in our thoughtfully designed eco friendly packaging

We ship our products throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure safe and timely dispatch of your order we have partnered with trusted and reputed courier companies like USPS, UPS, and Fedex.

When will I get my package?

All the orders are Wednesday through Friday, to ensure the freshest roasted beans are sent to your door.

What if I received a damaged product?

At Third Culture we are committed to delivering your order in best condition possible in our thoughtfully designed eco friendly packaging. Shipping re-usable glass bottles definitely poses challenges and also provides higher breakage rates , which we have been trying to resolve for months , before even launching the product. Once the package leaves our hands and is with the delivery teams, we lose control on how they are handled. We have tried all ecofriendly materials for months on end before finally succumbing to plastic and thermacol. Our search for finding eco friendly products continues on , in the meanwhile, please do recycle the packaging material that you receive our products in.

If something goes wrong, please have patience during this time and allow us to make things right. We are fully committed to getting our drinks in your hands.

If your order is delivered in unacceptable condition, please write to us at help@drinkthirdculture.com with the subject line ‘Received damaged product’, stating your order number and the issue, images would be super helpful to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We will give it our immediate attention and aim to resolve it asap.
